4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Mcw5 currently supports the following payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Maximum single withdrawal limit: ৳5,00,000.
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳10,00,000.
• Standard withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.

Mcw5 does not charge any deposit fees. However, charges from third-party payment providers may apply.

5 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, mcw5 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Odds in live betting change after a match begins — the odds displayed at the time of placing your bet are final.

• If an event is cancelled or incomplete, the bet amount will be refunded.
• The maximum single bet limit may vary depending on the event.

6 Lottery Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply when participating in the mcw5 lottery:

• After purchasing a ticket, you may cancel up to 1 hour before the draw begins.
• Every draw is conducted using a third-party verified RNG system.
• Prize money is credited to your account immediately after the draw is completed.
• A member may purchase a maximum of 50 tickets per draw.
• KYC verification is mandatory for large prize claims.
• If a draw is cancelled due to a technical error, the ticket price will be refunded.

7 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any bonus or promotion offer from mcw5:

• To earn a referral bonus, the referred person must make a deposit of the specified amount.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mcw5 platform:

• Creating or operating an account under a false identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Hacking, manipulation, or exploiting any system vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Match fixing or use of insider information.

Any of the above violations will result in permanent account closure and full balance forfeiture.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Mcw5 may close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.

Members may close their account at any time, but any remaining balance must be withdrawn beforehand. Once closed, a new account cannot be created using the same details.

10 Responsible Gaming Policy
